Open the on your computer and navigate to Devices and Printers . Locate the newly added icon labeled POS-80 or POS Printer . Right-click the icon and choose Printer Properties . Under the General tab, click the Print Test Page button.

Unplug the USB cable, restart the computer, and plug it into a different USB port (preferably a USB 2.0 port on the back of a desktop computer).
Once the hardware is connected and turned on, follow these steps to install the downloaded driver:
